Welcome to the Centre State Exports 2008 Footy Tipping Competition!

Round 22 Update

There you have it – Season 2008. Port thumped North Melbourne, reeking havoc in the tipping. The Crows beat the Bulldogs in a cold and wet thriller at AAMI. Adelaide also enjoyed fourth place on the ladder for a day there. The Crows now face Collingwood at home in a do or die clash this weekend. With no pressure, aside from the hopes of the state on their shoulders, let’s hope they can flog them!

And in the tips…..

Grantley Telfer is the big winner in the individual comp. With a consistent season, Grantley is a deserving champion finishing with 128, well done!

With 5 punters tied in second, a margin shoot out will determine second and third places next week. Those in the running are Erica Andrews, Gabby Combe, Garry Fuller, Graham Thomas and Les Diprose. We will be in touch with the contenders soon with details…

The Team Comp was easier to call…

First, we have the Eudunda Roosters, winners by 3 with 128 – Congratulations!! In second is the Lipson Cricket Club (125), and a single point behind in third is the Eyre United Football Club. All three teams have been up the top for several weeks, so again, deserving winners – WELL DONE ALL!!
